Information Architects
The information architect guides cross-functional teams through user-centered design (UCD) activities, blending business and user goals to create the ideal online experience for our clients’ products. Art Director
At RDVO, the Art Director has the ability to greatly influence the direction of a wide variety of interactive project types including: web applications, interfaces for consumer and medical products, complex websites, traditional software, and mobile applications. More…

RDVO has an immediate opening for a senior interaction designer to work on a wide variety of cutting edge technology, design, and software projects. Interaction designers are responsible for understanding and refining client strategy and develop content and functionality that meets both client objectives and user goals. They must collaborate with visual designers and programmers to develop information architecture and user interfaces, and create proposals, functional specification, flowcharts, and schematics.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Develop user experience strategy and interaction design approach for web-based applications, mobile applications, and traditional software
• Lead the creation of information architectures, workflow diagrams, and design specifications
• Contribute to usability testing and focus group analysis
• Develop rich interaction prototypes and proof-of-concept applications

Requirements

Qualified people have 2-3 years experience developing interactive products, a thorough understanding of user-centered design principles, client presentation skills, writing skills, and experience organizing complex information.

Flash Developer

Savvy Flash Developer needed to assist with the development of innovative websites and applications. Work with RDVO’s award-winning creative and technology teams to build practical and innovative Flash solutions.

• Must be proficient in Flash and ActionScript development, experience with data-driven applications (XML and server side communications).
• Must have experience writing games in Flash. Need sample code and applications.
• Must have strong knowledge of Flash MX environment.
• Must work well with others and have good communication skills

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
